Why Jessica Started Insight Kidz Care
Insight Kidz Care LLC has been proudly serving Baltimore families since 2017.
Jessica Cabell founded Insight Kidz Care with a clear vision: to create a childcare home in Baltimore where every child feels safe, loved, and genuinely empowered to learn.
With years of hands-on experience in early childhood education and a deep personal connection to Baltimore families and communities, Jessica has built a program that parents in 21206 and surrounding neighborhoods trust completely.
Philosophy and Approach
Jessica believes that every child, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves a strong foundation for lifelong success.
That foundation is built through consistent nurturing relationships, engaging and purposeful learning experiences, and a secure environment where children feel free to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace.

Location and Service Area
Insight Kidz Care LLC is located at 4005 Hamilton Ave in Baltimore, MD 21206. Our current family child care license allows up to 8 children in care, subject to age, ratio, staffing, and scheduling requirements. We intentionally maintain a small-group environment so children receive individualized attention and consistent care.
We proudly serve families in Hamilton, Lauraville, Glenmount, Gardenville, Parkville, and Overlea.
As a Maryland EXCELS Level 3 rated program, we participate in Maryland’s quality improvement system and continue working to strengthen our program beyond baseline licensing requirements.
