We accept Maryland Child Care Scholarship (CCS) — formerly called the Child Care Subsidy — for eligible families who need quality, affordable childcare. Our small group setting, consistent caregiver, and structured daily routine make us a trusted choice for working families, foster families, and families using childcare assistance in Baltimore.
Current care is generally for children approximately 15 months and older, subject to licensing ratios, schedule, and current availability. We serve families across Hamilton, Lauraville, Glenmount, Gardenville, Parkville, and Overlea.
Care Options for CCS Families
We offer toddler care, preschool care, school-age care, and before or after school options. School transportation may be available on approved nearby routes when route availability allows.
Toddler Care
Structured learning, social development, and consistent routines for children approximately 15 months and older, subject to licensing ratios and availability.
Preschool Care
School readiness curriculum, early literacy and math foundations, and creative enrichment for children age 3 and older.
School-Age Care
Before and after school care with homework support and structured activities for school-age children.
Before & After School Options
Flexible morning or afternoon sessions. Private school pickup transportation may be available on approved nearby routes when route availability allows.

Scholarship eligibility, funding decisions, authorization amounts, waitlists, and approval timing are determined by the State of Maryland through the Child Care Scholarship program — not by Insight Kidz Care. We are a licensed provider that accepts CCS authorizations for eligible families, but we do not control the scholarship application, approval, or funding process.
